Fava together with its associate Storci participated as an Exhibitor and Official Partner of the first edition of Pastatrend Bologna (Bologna Fiere - Italy April 24 - 27, 2010 Pavillion 22 - Stand B14-C13).

On April 24 at the Palazzo dei Congressi, Fava made a presentation during the ANTIM TECHNICAL DAY - FROM WHEAT TO PASTA.
The title of the presentation was "Raw materials and drying: how to use the parameters which influence the quality of pasta".
