Fava’s edition of Ipack-Ima 2022 was full of innovative contents. In a stand of over 1000 m2, the company decided to attract visitors by answering their questions to the most current and up-to-date topics of interest to pasta producers worldwide.
A new short-cut pasta technology was on show in the centre of the stand, drawing huge numbers of visitors who were able to appreciate all the innovative solutions this project has to offer.
The equipment was configurated with all available options, to demonstrate its potential and customization possibilities. This short-cut pasta line, once again, represents Fava's ability to interpret the requirements of those who produce pasta.
Around the machine, inside the stand, a theme-based itinerary was set up where qualified and specialized experts of each topic presented interesting reports relating to their field, answering the questions posed to them by customers and visitors.
In these dedicated areas it was possible to get insights on the topics of the moment: from high-tech process technologies to IIoT digital applications, to energy savings and added value lifecycle services, developed in order to optimize finished product quality, improve OEE, user-friendliness and sustainability.
One of the highlights of our added value lifecycle services was the presentation of our new R&D laboratory, equipped and organized to provide technical and technological training, chemical-physical, rheological and sensorial analysis of raw materials and finished products, dough formation tests aimed at improving processes and finished product quality and dough-making tests for the development of new raw materials and / or finished products.
Research is the basis of all our innovations and, once again, it allows us to reach significant goals and discover original patented findings leading to important and concrete results such as the GPL 180 line for long-cut pasta, now being transferred to the new TCM 100 line for short-cut pasta.
Experience, attention to detail, anticipation of market demands are the stepping stones of the company’s know-how which has characterized it since 1937: a passion dedicated exclusively to the pasta world to respond as thoroughly as possible to clients.
All technological innovations and highly topical added value services for the field presented at the exhibition
